PAYMENTS

We accept: Visa /Master Card , American Express and Discover for US, Canada and EU cardholders, all other major credit cards through PayPal, wire transfers, personal and company checks, cashiers checks, money orders, Western Union and Money Gram transfers. All orders are paid by company or personal checks are the subject to 5 business days hold prior to shipping. In rare cases, to prevent unauthorized transactions we reserve the right to request additional Credit Card holder's information like: copy of driver license or another form of ID, Scanned Copy of Credit Card, and copy of CC statement. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund payment if it is not complied with the transaction security policy. All orders are paid by wire transfers, money transfers, cashiers checks, Credit Cards and trough PayPal will be shipped out within 3- 4 business days. Credit Card and PayPal payments require the confirmed address (billing and shipping address has to be the same). If you would like your Items to be shipped to the different address or if your PayPal account address is not confirmed, you have to use one of the alternative payment methods. Payments are refundable according to our warranty polices.

SHIPPING

We ship to North and South Americas by FedEx, DHL and USPS only from our shipping facility in New York, USA. All shipments are insured for the actual value. The original invoice will be supplied with each shipment and will include information about the serial numbers, payment and shipping information. Please note: as a shipper, we can’t control any Customs clearance or other Postal delays in the country of destination. We guaranty fast processing times from our shipping facility only. Tracking information will be provided to you at the day of shipping. International customers: countries have various Customs duties and/or taxes. Recipients of imported goods are liable for any customs fees and/or taxes of their country which will be collected locally. Please check the relevant customs website. Local pick up is available for wholesale orders only from our office in Brooklyn, NY for no shipping or handling fees.

WARRANTY

Covers any product you purchased from Infomir, for 12 month from the date of delivery unless the otherwise stated, if the product does not working properly or arrived damaged or you received and incorrect item. All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of loss or damage to your shipment, we will supply replacements free of charge to the customer. In case replacements are not available, a refund will be given. We reserve the right to request a photograph of the damages. Non authorized returns will not be processed or shipped back to the sender. Items are accepted for returns have to be shipped in the original packaging with no missing parts or stickers. As with the manufacturer warranty this does not cover lightning strikes or power surges or physical damage to the product, unless damaged has been shipped from us. Applies to the original purchaser only. Any return has to be authorized and RMA number has to be obtaining before returning the product. No returns will be authorize for the reason other than non proper functioning, incorrect item shipped or initial damage. For return authorization, please send e-mail to sales@infomir.us Shipping coasts are no -refundable and return shipping labels are not provided. The returned item will be processed for repair/replacement or the refund will be issued if the same product is out of stock. Please allow us 5 business days for processing.
